At DevMeNot, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for most non-defective orders.
All timeframes in this policy are counted from the delivery date.

Damaged or misprinted items

If you receive a damaged item or a misprint/manufacturing error, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include clear photo proof showing the issue.
We will arrange a free replacement/reprint or a refund, whichever you prefer. No return is required for damaged items.

Incorrect or defective items

If you receive an incorrect item or a defective item, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include clear photo proof (and a photo of the packaging/shipping label if available).
We will arrange a free replacement/reprint or a refund, whichever you prefer.

Wrong item received or missing items

If you received the wrong item, or something is missing from your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, a short description of the issue, and photo proof of what you received (including the packaging/shipping label if available). We will review and arrange a replacement/reprint or a refund if an error is confirmed.

Buyer’s remorse

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind (buyer’s remorse), wrong sizes, or wrong colors, as all items are made-to-order. Please double-check product details and the size chart before placing your order.

Unsuccessful or undeliverable deliveries

If a delivery is unsuccessful or marked as returned to sender, unclaimed, or undeliverable (for example, due to an address issue or failed delivery attempts), contact us as soon as possible.
Depending on the situation, the resolution may be a reshipment for an additional charge or a partial refund, at our discretion.
